Story

To resume my experience I would say that:

  • As a software / IT engineer, I learned that Impossible is not an option.
  • As an actual team leader / Trainer, I learned that your value lay in "how much you give", the "how much you get" is automatic.
  • As a previous university teacher, I learned that having the answers to the "Why do we do it?" question makes the "How do we do it?" question easier to assimilate.
